Reservation Modification Requests

In December, we launched a reservation modification request feature. We have already had over 800 approved modifications! However, we still get questions sometimes.

We realize that things happen on the road - shipments get delayed, appointments get pushed, trucks break down, etc. If your reservation needs to change for any reason, you can easily submit a reservation modification request to change the return date or drop location. Our suppliers always aim to work with their carriers but at times may not be able to approve a request.

We ask for notification as soon as possible but require at least 48 hours before drop off. Another driver may be waiting on your trailer and we will want to find solutions all around.

When you have an approved reservation request you:

• keep your daily rate the same (no price increase)
• avoid late fees on the modified reservation
• receive a new interchange agreement with updated terms

Submitting a modification request is easy:

1. Log on to your account on www.repowr.com 
2. Click on the Reservations Tab 
3. Click on Active tab
4. Click on the RR# you're wanting to modify (be sure to double check this is the correct one)
5. Click Modify Reservation 
6. Change the dates or drop off location, click submit request
7. Check the box to sign the lease agreement 
8. Pay for the reservation change and click confirm modification
9. When the supplier approves or denies your request, you will get an email and product notification. If an owner rejects the request, the payment will be released back to you immediately. 

 Smart Paperwork

Paperwork is never easy in trucking. We heard that our process needed improvement and our tech team listened. Our new paperwork section has been updated so that you can see:

• Agreement
• REPOWR Insurance
• Owner Insurance
• Driver Information
• This will allow you to see all in one place what has been done, needs to be done, and what is waiting on approval.

Easier COIsWe added a drop down option to see specific instructions for uploading COIs. Now you will see all requirements listed - company name, address, and coverage minimums. There is an example certificate available as well. Be sure to SAVE your COIs so that they are ready for your next reservation!Intrastate Search ImprovementsWe have a lot of carriers that operate intrastate only. Finding trailers on our marketplace could be difficult. Now, when searching by state, results will display all listings in that state (rather than a 300 mile radius).Stay tuned for more updates from the REPOWR team.
