Our newest product updates enhance efficiency and streamline operations for our carrier user base. Below is a quick overview of the updates you will see live in the product:
We know the insurance upload and documentation is the biggest obstacle to a reservation. Our carriers go back and forth with the supplier on approval and the process for uploading for every reservation is a hassle. We know you are on the road, so we needed to make this process simpler.
You will now have the ability to save a COI. When your uploaded COIs are approved, the website will now save approved documents automatically. You no longer need to upload a COI for every reservation. This should save you valuable time and make the reservation process much easier.
We also note the supplier for the reservation, so the next time you reserve with them, it will automatically offer to re-use the same certificates. The site will check against the expiration date as well so only current documents can be used.
On the supplier side, we’ve also simplified the process to your benefit. Suppliers will now receive a COI summary that quicly overviews the coverage details for review. By providing a snapshot of this information, suppliers can approve your reservation faster and more accurately.
